Welcome to IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD.

These Terms and Conditions govern your relationship with IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. as a client, subscriber, or website visitor. By accessing our platform, purchasing our physical Smart NFC Tap Cards, subscribing to our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications, or hiring us for custom software development, digital marketing campaigns, branding, and e-commerce account management, you signify your full agreement to these terms. Please read each section carefully to ensure you understand our delivery scopes, client responsibilities, payment requirements, and limitations of liability.


1. Scope of Services & IT Solutions

IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. provides a wide range of services including website design and development, custom web application engineering, mobile app development, e-commerce marketplace management, graphics branding, video editing, and digital marketing setups. Each project is executed in accordance with a dedicated Scope of Work (SOW) document, proposal, or billing invoice.

Any additional features, changes, or services requested outside of the pre-agreed Scope of Work will be treated as out-of-scope adjustments and will be billed separately. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of our general services with reasonable notice to clients currently covered under active SLA contracts.

2. SaaS Products Subscriptions & Renewals

We operate several proprietary Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platforms, including but not limited to MyEventSetu (Event Management SaaS), Ifloriana (Salon & Spa Business Management SaaS), Insure CRM (Insurance Management CRM), and iFlora HRMS (Human Resource and Payroll Management SaaS). Subscriptions to these platforms are billed on a recurring monthly or annual billing cycle.

Your subscription will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least seven (7) business days prior to the renewal date. Subscriptions are non-refundable, and we do not provide credits or refunds for partial months or unused platform periods. In the event of account suspension due to non-payment, access to database panels and client dashboards will be immediately restricted until the outstanding invoice is cleared.

3. Digital Marketing & Meta WhatsApp API Usage

Our digital marketing solutions encompass search engine optimization (SEO), online pay-per-click advertising, lead generation programs, and our premier Meta WhatsApp Marketing Solution (Sendzyy). While Sendzyy utilizes the official Meta WhatsApp Business API compliance guidelines to minimize account risks, the client agrees to fully comply with Meta's Commerce Policy, Business Terms, and message template rules.

IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. will not be held liable for Meta account suspensions, blockages, or number restrictions caused by spamming campaigns, sending prohibited content, or violating Meta policies. The client is solely responsible for all message delivery fees charged directly by Meta or through our platform portal billing.

4. Use of the Platform

When using this website, you represent and warrant that:

  • Your use of the platform is for your own personal, non-commercial use.
  • You will not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any content or software from this platform.
  • You will not upload any malicious code, viruses, or use automated systems (like bots or scrapers) to extract data from our site.
  • You will not post defamatory, abusive, or infringing content on the platform.
  • You will not engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the platform or connected networks.

5. Custom Smart NFC Tap Cards

All customized Smart NFC Tap Cards ordered through our website are subject to layout approval by the client prior to printing. Because these cards are customized with your logos, colors, and unique digital profiles, once printing has commenced, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.

We warrant that all physical NFC cards will be free from defects in chip functionality and material printing at the time of delivery. Any physical card defects or chip failures must be reported to our support team within seven (7) days of shipment delivery to qualify for a free replacement card.

6. Intellectual Property Rights & Source Code Ownership

All pre-existing intellectual property, proprietary software architectures, framework libraries, and SaaS codebases created by IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. remain the exclusive property of IFLORA. For custom software engineering, application building, and brand designing projects, all custom source codes, layouts, and final digital assets will transfer to the client's ownership ONLY upon full settlement of all outstanding invoices.

The client represents and warrants that all logos, copywriting text, media assets, and product details provided to IFLORA for incorporation into websites or branding layouts belong to the client or are properly licensed. The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. from any third-party copyright infringement claims related to assets provided by the client.

7. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. provides all software, SaaS applications, and custom websites on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that our digital systems will be 100% uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure from sophisticated cyber security threats.

Under no circumstances shall IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential business damages, loss of profits, loss of customer leads, data loss, or server downtime caused by third-party hosting companies, domain registrars, payment gateways, or cloud system providers.

8. Form Submission & Client Data Assurance

By submitting your contact details, name, email, phone number, and project descriptions via any form on this website (including our consultation popup or main contact forms), you authorize IFLORA INFO PVT. LTD. to collect and retain this information. We collect this data solely for communication, calling, scheduling, and follow-up purposes in order to address your business inquiries and design custom solutions.

We are strictly committed to protecting your privacy. We warrant that all client data gathered through our platforms will remain confidential and will not be shared, sold, rented, distributed, or otherwise misused for marketing spam or third-party purposes.

9. Governing Law and Legal Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any separate service contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration proceedings, or litigation arising out of or related to our website, SaaS platforms, or customized IT and branding services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
